In today’s fast-paced world, many of us have moments of feeling desperately out of balance, feeling at the end of our ropes. We need to be reminded of who we are, why we do what we do, and what is most important in life. Some of us are searching for something more meaningful and how to align with our best selves. Many people have achieved some level of success, but are seeking out ways to take them to the next level of growth and to break out of stagnant patterns. And all of us can use a nurturing getaway now and again with the added bonus of spiritual healing and self-care.
This retreat explores ways to connect with your source energy where unconditional love and peace already reside within us. Activities hosted and led by Stacy McGinty, Sarah Worrell, Beverly Adamo & Anna Vickroy will include mindful yoga and movement, journaling and inspiring discussions, and guided meditation.
You will be nourished with a delicious lunch, and discounted spa service add-ons are available for purchase after the guided portion of the day.
It’s not the techniques that will be the focus of the retreat, but rather cultivating the connection within yourself to focus on your healing and reflect on your own journey. Become mindful to the creative process while immersed in the beauty of the Purple Orchid Resort and Spa.
We will encourage you to reach down deep and find your own muse empowering you to connect with your own unique message.
This retreat is a special journey of sharing of ideas, yoga, and meditation in the beautiful landscape of
Livermore’s wine country. Optional services of wine tasting, massages, facials, overnight stays, and time for lounging within the beautiful grounds of the Purple Orchid are available by contacting Purple Orchid directly.
Purchase your ticket by Jan 31 for only $88.
We’ll begin the day together learning about ways to cultivate self-acceptance, positive body-image, and constructive thinking patterns to enhance beliefs in one’s own capabilities and increase self-compassion. We will then break into smaller groups to engage in a rotation of experiential techniques of yoga and movement, open discussion and reflection, and guided meditation. We will close the day out together as a whole, where you will have the opportunity to have questions answered and share about your experience.
