Our culture has conditioned us to hate, disrespect, distrust and ignore our body. 

This toxic relationship with our body is why we feel like something is missing, but nothing ever seems to fill the void.

It also contributes to anxiety, depression & chronic disease.

I’m Anna Vickroy

I used to be a high-achieving, people pleaser with an explosive temper. I was critical, judgmental and constantly striving to prove my worth.  I thought this was normal because after all, I had a successful engineering career, custom built home, husband and kids, and traveled the world etc. I was tired of the hustle and I started getting random chronic illnesses…until I started to heal my relationship with my body.

With each epiphany & layer of transformation, my engineering mind had to understand the science behind my experiences.  I took classes with top educators in the fields of neuroscience, somatics, trauma, meditation, breathwork, spirituality & indigenous practices, yoga, hypnotherapy and anti-oppression.  I hired coaches steeped in these fields to do my own deep internal work (and continue to do so). I’m certified in life coaching, mind-body therapy, hypnotherapy, somatics, and yin yoga.

It is through my lived experience, training and education that I apply these practices to coach others through their own healing journey.
